How to cancel your booking

You may cancel your booking and apply for a Credit Voucher if your booking was made directly with Love2Stay

Choosing a voucher:

We understand that you may not know when you can take your next break, so that’s why we’re offering you a credit voucher for the full value of what you’ve paid. Your credit voucher will be valid for 12 months from issue. If you’re not ready or can’t book now, selecting a credit voucher means you can have another trip to look forward to at Love2Stay when you can.

How to get a Credit Voucher:

You can cancel a booking & swap for a credit voucher using our flexible self-service option. Just click ‘My Booking’ on our website using your reservation reference number (no need to call us).

For bookings made through third-parties or travel agents:

If you booked through a third-party or travel agent, you must contact them directly.

Terms of Credit Voucher

This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only

  • No cash alternative
  • Vouchers cannot be refunded once generated
  • E-vouchers must be used at the time of booking
  • The E voucher is subject to usual pitch availability on site
