Updated 2nd November 2020

Following the government announcement on the 1st November Love2Stay will close from 10.00 pm 4th November until at least Wednesday 2nd December. We continue to support government advice with our priority being the safety and wellbeing of our staff and guests.

We are open to welcome those guests who still wish to visit from Monday 2nd November, but guests will need to cut their breaks a little short and depart before 10.00pm Wednesday 4th November, (there will be no facilities available on Thursday 5th November).

Guests arriving on Monday 2nd November will have the following options:

  1. Continue with their break (we kindly ask that you depart the park Wednesday 4 pm) and swap their remaining days for a full credit e-voucher.
  2. Reschedule to a completely new break date by cancelling their break and swapping for a full credit e-voucher

We will contact all guests who have a booking between 5th November & 2nd December with an update on their booking

We are asking all guests that intend to visit on Monday to check government information themselves to check that everyone in their party is compliant.

Updated 21st September 2020

Following the Government update on 9th September, we ask guests not to visit in groups of more than six people* to help protect themselves and each other when visiting.

Our front office team will be reminding guests of this, and the other social distancing measures we have in place.

As a COVID-19 Secure venue we can still host larger numbers in total but groups of up to 6 must not mix or form larger groups. We will continue to monitor Government guidance closely.

We also would ask any guests sitting in our coffee shop to participate in the NHS Test and Trace scheme by scanning the QR code in that outlet.

Our resort is open with a reduced number of bookings in line with our resort capacity numbers.

Worried about an existing booking or making a new reservation?

If you are worried about an existing booking or about making a new reservation, Don't be.

If your break is cancelled due to a second lockdown or you're personally impacted by COVID-19, you can cancel a booking & swap for a credit voucher using our flexible self-service option. Simply click 'My Booking' on our website using your reservation reference number (no need to call us). Updated 12th September 2020

Following on from the latest update from the government, we ask that all our guests to check the latest government guidelines to see if the ‘Rule of 6’ announcement impacts their break. For groups of 6 or less your Love2Stay break will be unaffected.

For parties above 6 that include more than one household/support bubble, please contact reception.

We will assume that all guests arriving at Love2Stay are compliant with government guidelines.  If you find that you need to cancel, then please contact us on 01743 583124 or info@love2stay.co.uk where we will credit voucher the value of your booking or move to alternative dates if preferred.

General

No more than groups of 6 from same social bubble to visit the park facilities (play area, dog walk and agility area) and coffee shop.

Track and trace recording is compulsory, please scan the QR code which is displayed around the site to register your attendance at Love2Stay. If staying with us on site please fill in the forms given to you upon check-in.

There are hand santising stations around the park, please feel free to use as frequently as you like. Masks are not compulsory to wear around the park, in reception or our coffee shop.

Activities & Birthday Parties

Both indoor and outdoor activities will continue to take place and will be socially distanced where possible. In order to help us monitor the capacity of our facilities and aid our social distancing efforts, pre-booking of all activities on park is preferred, including sessions for the swimming pool and hot springs area.

Birthday parties will continue as they are placed on the exempt list, there will be groups of 6 used where possible though.

Facilities

Our shower and toilets and communal areas will remain in use and reviewed regularly, we are fortunate to have low touch points with automatic doors, sensor taps, showers and toilet flush.   These are cleaned 3 times a day. Please adhere to social distancing when using these areas.

The outdoor natural swimming pool and hot springs pool and beach area is open and pre bookable on limited numbers per 45 mins.

As we are a 22 acre site, we rely on our guests to help us with our Covid-19 measures by social distancing where possible and adhere to the advised government guidelines.
