Latest update regarding COVID-19

Updated 21st September 2020

Following the Government update on 9th September, we ask guests not to visit in groups of more than six people* to help protect themselves and each other when visiting.

Our front office team will be reminding guests of this, and the other social distancing measures we have in place.

As a COVID-19 Secure venue we can still host larger numbers in total but groups of up to 6 must not mix or form larger groups. We will continue to monitor Government guidance closely.

We also would ask any guests sitting in our coffee shop to participate in the NHS Test and Trace scheme by scanning the QR code in that outlet.

Our resort is open with a reduced number of bookings in line with our resort capacity numbers.

Worried about an existing booking or making a new reservation?

If you are worried about an existing booking or about making a new reservation, Don't be.

We're Good To Go!

Love2Stay is proud to announce we're approved by the We're Good To Go COVID-19 industry standard. This lets our guests know it's safe to travel to our wonderful park and provides reassurance that clear processes are in place to adhere to Government and Public Health guidance.

VisitEngland, in partnership with VisitBritain, has launched the UK-wide industry standard and consumer mark to provide confidence for tourism as the sector works towards reopening.

The We're Good To Go industry standard and supporting mark means Love2Stay can demonstrate we are adhering to government and public health guidance, have carried out a Covid-19 risk assessment and checked we have the required processes in place.

Updates 23rd June 2020

We can't wait to welcome you back!

We are delighted to announce that Love2Stay will reopen on the 4th July and are looking forward to being able to welcome you back to our beautiful premier Glamping and caravan site.

We have been working hard behind the scenes to make sure we are ready for a safe reopening for both our team and guests alike. We have reviewed and adjusted our operating processes in every department, both front and back of the entire resort to ensure we follow all local government guidelines.

For full details of our new enhanced cleaning initiative, 'Safe Stay', please click here

Our reopening will inevitably affect some of the services and personal interactions which we have prided ourselves on in the past. While this may limit some of the things we have previously done, we are certain that both our guests and the team will agree that safety comes first.

For those of you who have not yet booked or have a credit voucher from a previously cancelled reservation, we recommend booking as we are expected to be busy.

In our 4th season since Love2Stay officially opened, we are determined to be here for you and your families, offering fun, relaxation and fantastic memories, as we have done for the last four years and will continue to do for many more.

We are so excited to welcome you back.

 Love2Stay Team.
