Here’s our most frequently asked questions

Our corporate packages are individually designed for each group, please fill in this form to discuss our offerings and get a free quote.

As part of our terms and conditions upon booking, we do not offer refunds. If for matters of our own fault we will occasionally issue refunds. We aim to process all refunds in a timely manner once we receive all the information needed from our guests. At the moment you can expect to wait up to 28 days for a refund to return to your bank.

We can offer overnight stays in any of our accomodation types as part of your corporate stay. We can offer a two-night off-peak stay so you can make the most of our facilities by staying overnight.

We have a temporary ramp which we can supply for access into the glamping tent, however many of the paths on park are uneven; please telephone before booking and we will try to accommodate your specific requirements.

Weather permitting, our facilities are open all year round.

Nearby attractions include Battlefield Falconry Centre (4.6 miles), The Quarry (2.6 miles), and Climbing The Walls (3.8 miles).

Attingham Park belonging to the National Trust is only a mile from Love2Stay, and with Haughmond Hill, the Wrekin, and Hawkstone Follies all within a short drive, the walkers amongst you will be spoilt for choice!

Love2Stay gift cards are available to purchase over the phone by calling 01743 583124. We accept all major credit cards. Once purchased an e-gift card will be sent to the recipients email address. You can also purchase gift cards over our front office counter at Love2Stay in Shrewsbury. Find out more on our Gift Card page

We have travel cots and highchairs available for use in the glamping tents, however all tents do have a wood burning stove, an outdoor fire pit and a hot tub, so extra care may be required.

Weather permitting, our facilities are open all year round.

Yes! For our guests on site, we provide a charging point situated outisde our reception area. It is chargable and can be accessed by downloading the Project EV app.

Our coffee shop is open until 5:30pm Sunday to Thursday and 7:30pm Friday & Saturday at our Shrewsbury location.

All glamping tents have a safe for keeping your belongings secure.

We permit dogs on the Love2Stay site. The surrounding area at Love2Stay is fantastic for dogs, with many walks leaving directly from the park and which take in dog-friendly pubs. We do, however, require dog owners to read the below carefully and abide by our dog rules so that we can maintain a happy park;

  • We accept well-behaved dogs throughout the season.
  • Dogs stay at our discretion, with a maximum of 2 dogs, of any size, per pitch. Please note that dogs may escape through the tent so please don’t leave them unattended.
  • We do not accept any dog listed under the Dangerous Dog Act.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in any area of the park.
  • Dogs must only be exercised in the designated dog walking area. Please do not let your dog roam freely and do not exercise them on empty pitches, or anywhere other than the designated area
  • You must clear up after your dog and use the dog bins provided. Please do not let your dogs foul by other customer’s pitches.
  • Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. Please do not leave dogs in cars, caravans, tents, motorhomes or awnings at any time on their own.
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, so as not to disturb the peace for other customers.
  • Please be considerate and understand that, although you love your dog, not everybody on our park will and keep them under control at all times.

We no longer offer day passes to those not staying on site with us. Between April – October we will offer beach passes just for the splashpool and beach area which are available Monday – Thursday 11am – 2pm and 3pm – 6pm.

For your comfort and entertainment we have put in the following into our glamping lodges:

  • Crockery and cutlery
  • Flat screen smart TV

We are able to offer a temporary ramp for access into the black barn lodges, however cars are not permitted in the glamping village and many of the paths are covered in gravel stone, which may leave a wheelchair difficult to use. Please contact us with your specific requirements before booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Early check-ins are available on touring pitches only, but are subject to availability and maintenance needs.

Early check-ins are only bookable on the morning of arrival, at a cost of £10.00 by ringing 01743 583124

Please note: early check ins are not guaranteed, and are not available on Isabella Awnings, time-out tents or any of the glamping units.

All black barn lodges can be locked securely with a key.

Unfortunately we do not offer a babysitting service at this time.
No problem, we do have free wifi available. Please be aware though, we are having some interruptions with our wifi provision meaning that it can be intermittent and of a rural quality.

There are 12 black barn lodges on site.

All black barn lodges come with large flat screen TVs.

There are 2 bedrooms in the time out tents – one double, one with a trip bunk, and sleeping in the lounge on a sofa bed – maximum occupancy is 6 per unit

We have travel cots and highchairs available for use in the TimeOut tents lodges, however, please note space will be limited with them. Please add this to your booking online.
Love2Stay is open all year round (closed between 23rd – 27th December) and our booking office hours are Monday – Sunday 9am – 6pm.
In the TimeOut tent accommodation, linen and towels are included in the cost of your stay.  However we ask you to bring your own Pool/Beach towels.

No, TimeOut tents do not have private hot tubs but you have access to the communal hot tubs by the pool

TimeOut tents have a master double bedroom and a second room featuring a bunkbed, with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on top.

The tent will have an electric heater in it.

A welcome food hamper is available to purchase for your arrival.

Candles are not permitted on site as we provide electric lighting. Fireworks, sky lanterns or sparklers are strictly not permitted.

Of course, the TimeOut tents have plug sockets fitted in the living area

The safari lodges offer a king size bed within its own bedroom, a kingsize bed in a messanine snug, and either bunk beds or twin beds in their own bedroom. There is also a bed settee in the lounge.

Please note, the mezzanine snug has a king size bed and bedside wall mounted lamps – there is no other furniture in the room, and it is accessed via a small ladder.

We provide bed linen and duvets, towels, glasses, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. All you need to bring are pyjamas, your toothbrush and a good book! We recommend  you bring warm jumpers blankets in the colder months.

Of course, they all have lights and plugs.

We do not allow e-scooters or go karts on site due to the health & safety implications with the vehicle movements, and because the majority of our footpaths are gravel, they are not suitable.

The adventure play area is open from 8am or dawn (which ever is the latest) and closes at 10pm of dusk (whichever is the earliest). Please ensure your children are back with you at your accommodation before dusk or 10pm, whichever is earlier.

Yes! – we have private bathrooms available for hire – these include a large walk in shower, lovely deep bath, private toilet, and towels/toiletries

The Bio Pool and hot tubs are available from 9am until 5.45pm for holiday makers – just bring your own towels!

We have facilities suitable for wheelchair users, but many of the car parks and pathways are gravel, so can be a bit difficult for wheelchairs with smaller wheels.
All our resort main facilities are on one level, as is our amenity block. We have disabled bathrooms in both the resort & the amenity block.

Our activities can, in most cases, be adapted to the needs of the individual – just have a chat with our friendly staff to discuss you needs!

We have a few Safari lodges that are on the level ground, so easily accessible, and we also have ramps for the Woodland Lodges.
The Safari lodges have walk in showers, and are all on the level through the accommodation.

Although many of the paths are gravel and can prove a little difficult for wheelchairs with the smaller wheels, the gravel is quite well compacted.

During peak seasons we only offer a minimum of 3 nights stay, however during off peak/quieter times we may offer 2 night minimum stays.

All have central heating, a log burner, and hot showers.

Yes all black barn lodges have private hot tubs.

Regardless of your reason for booking, we would expect all guests to be mindful of the park rules for noise and courtesy to other guests. If you are a hen party with particular requests, please contact us before booking.
In the Glamping accommodation, linen and towels are included in the cost of the holiday.
We have travel cots and highchairs available for use in the black barn lodges, however please note space will be limited with them. Please note that the one bedroom is up a very steep ladder which is unsuitable for young children.
No, you will have access to our main amenity facilities for shower and toilet facilities.
We do have Travel Cots which you can borrow for young children, however all Glamping tents do have an open wood burning stove, a fire pit and a hot tub, so you will need to be extra vigilant if you are staying with younger children.
Car parking is on your pitch
Each lodge has it’s own car parking space directly outside.
Of course, the lodges have plug sockets fitted in the kitchen, living area and bedroom.
Unless you book the cold water swimming or a beach pass you are not permitted to use either of these areas. You can book onto them as a seperate activity but please note that our beach area is close to the public during school holidays and our cold water pool has limited opening times of 8am or 9am.

Yes, all 3 awnings are the same

The days of roughing it on a campsite are over! Glamping makes sure that you have the best of both worlds as you and your family can connect with nature and super fast Wi-Fi at the same time. You can spend your days pond dipping and your evening cocooned in warm water – that’s glamping with hot tubs included!

Our family glamping lodges sleep up to 6 and you’ll find your lodge like a home from home all year round, every lodge has its own outdoor hot tub, outdoor fire pit and private sun deck.
