Cancellation Policy

COVID-19 Cancellation:

If your break is cancelled due to localised or national lockdown or you’re personally impacted by COVID-19, you can cancel a booking & swap for a credit voucher using our flexible self-service option. We can offer cash refunds for the value of the booking minus the £120 deposit or you can receive the full value of the booking in an e-voucher for you to use towards a booking within 12 months of cancellation.

No refunds are given where customers decide to leave the Park before the end of their booking.

If a confirmed booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit amount may be transferred to a subsequent date in the same year for the same customer, subject to availability, however an additional deposit may be required.

Cancellations must be put into writing. If a confirmed booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the date of your arrival and we are unable to re-let your pitch, your deposit may be forfeited and you may be liable to pay the outstanding balance.


Activity Cancellation

Individual activity bookings are non refundable. Cancellations made by Love2Stay will be issued an e-voucher which can be used within 12 months of issue. Where an individual decides not to participate or is asked to cease participation, no refunds will be made.Tickets are transferrable to date within two weeks of your original booking if given.

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours to receive an e-voucher for the value of the booking.
