During peak season we require a minimum 3-night stay. In off-peak/quieter periods, 2-night minimum stays are available.
Early check-in is available on touring pitches only, subject to availability, and must be booked on the morning of arrival from £25 by calling 01743 583124. Not guaranteed, and not available on Isabella Awnings, TimeOut Tents, or glamping units.
Yes, in any accommodation type as part of a corporate stay with Challenge The Wild, including a two-night off-peak option.
Main resort facilities and the amenity block are on one level, with disabled bathrooms in both. Many car parks and paths are gravel, which can be difficult for wheelchairs with smaller wheels. Activities can often be adapted — speak to our team about your needs.
Some Safari Lodges are on level ground with walk-in showers. Paths are gravel but well compacted. Please contact us with specific requirements before booking.
A temporary ramp is available. Cars aren’t permitted in the glamping villages and paths are compacted gravel, which may be difficult for some wheelchairs. Contact us before booking.

Many paths on park are uneven. Please call before booking so we can accommodate your specific requirements.
Dogs are welcome throughout the season, maximum 2 per pitch, kept on a lead at all times, exercised only in the designated dog walking area, and never left unattended. Dangerous Dogs Act breeds are not accepted. Full list of dog rules included below this answer on the live page.

Weather permitting, facilities are open year-round. The dog walking trail closes mid-November to mid-January for the Christmas Light Trail; the dog agility area stays open.
Yes, except 23–27 December. Booking office hours are Monday–Sunday, 9am–6pm.
Sunday–Thursday until 6pm; Friday & Saturday until 8pm. This changes to 8pm Monday – Saturday and 6pm Sunday in the school holidays.
9am–5:30pm. Please bring your own towels and swimwear.
From 8am or dawn (whichever is latest) until 10pm or dusk (whichever is earliest). Children should be back at the accommodation by this time.
Yes, private bathrooms are available for hire, including a walk-in shower, deep bath, private toilet, and towels/toiletries.
Yes, free WiFi is available. Please note it can be intermittent, being of a rural quality. It is not recommended for streaming or gaming.
Yes — a chargeable point is located outside reception, accessed via the Project EV app.
Yes — touring pitches have parking on or near the pitch; each lodge has its own dedicated parking space directly outside or nearby, and there is a visitor car park.
No, due to health & safety implications and the largely gravel footpaths.
No — candles aren’t permitted as we provide electric lighting. Fireworks, sky lanterns, and sparklers are strictly prohibited.
There isn’t a shop on site, but there are several shops locally — the nearest is the Co-op on the A458.
We operate a no-noise policy between 10pm and 8am.
We no longer offer general day passes. Between April–October, beach passes for the splashpool and beach area are available Monday–Thursday, 11am–2pm and 2:30pm–5:30pm.
Only if you’ve booked cold water swimming or a beach pass. The beach area is closed to the public during school holidays; the cold water pool has limited opening hours (8am or 9am).
Yes — all guests are expected to be mindful of park rules on noise and courtesy. Hen parties with specific requests should contact us before booking.

A king-size bed in its own bedroom, a king-size bed in a mezzanine snug (accessed via a small ladder, no other furniture), bunk or twin beds in a separate bedroom, and a bed settee in the lounge.

Bed linen, duvets, towels, glasses, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are all provided. Just bring pyjamas, a toothbrush, and a good book — plus warm layers in colder months.
We don’t offer instalment plans as such, but a £120 deposit is taken at time of booking, with the balance due 28 days before arrival.

Yes — we find Vodafone works best, though all providers get some signal. Cellular data can be patchy, so we include free on-park WiFi with every booking.
Yes — logs and kindling are available on site, and gas is available from our sister caravan sales depot, Salop Leisure.
Yes, our on-site laundry facility is coin-operated.
Yes, up to a maximum of 6 people per pitch in total (including those staying overnight). Day visitors are charged £8 per person. They’re also welcome to park in our visitor car park and use our coffee shop free of charge.
We don’t offer specific packages — we’re a family site, so we ask all guests to be quiet and respectful of others, with a 10pm no noise policy.
There’s no kids’ club, but activities can be booked via our website or reception.
