You can book your stay directly through the Love2Stay Mid Wales website, via the Hoseasons website, by calling our Reception Team on 01686 806384, or by emailing us at midwales@love2stay.co.uk. Our friendly team will be delighted to help you find the perfect stay.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund or credit voucher can be issued.
• 14–28 days before arrival: An 80% credit voucher of the amount paid will be issued, valid for 12 months.
• More than 28 days before arrival: A 100% credit voucher of the amount paid will be issued, valid for 12 months.
Yes. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is calculated on the total booking value, including accommodation, pets, early check-in, spa treatments, activities, and any additional extras.
Yes, bookings can be amended or rescheduled 28 days or more before arrival. If the new booking is more expensive, the difference must be paid. If the new booking is lower in value, the original booking value will remain applicable.
Your accommodation price includes:
- Your selected lodge or accommodation.
- Full use of the park facilities during opening hours.
- Bed linen and towels.
- Complimentary toiletries.
- Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided on arrival.
Early check-ins, late check-outs, spa treatments, activities and other optional extras must be booked separately. Additional supplies requested during your stay may incur an extra charge.
No. There are no hidden charges. Any optional extras are clearly displayed before booking.
We operate a dynamic pricing system, meaning prices vary depending on demand, season and length of stay. The latest prices can be found on our website or our Hoseasons listing, or by contacting our Reception Team.

Yes. Our minimum stay is 2 nights.
Yes. Gift vouchers are available and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Check-in is between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm, depending on your accommodation type.
Check-out is by 10:00 am.
Early check-in is available from 1:00 pm for £35, subject to availability.
Late check-out cannot be pre-booked and is only available during your stay, subject to availability:
- Until 12:00 pm – £35
- Until 4:00 pm – £60

- Late check-outs can only be requested once you are staying with us, as availability depends on the following day’s arrivals.

Yes.
- Up to 2 dogs are welcome at £30 per dog per stay.
- A third dog may be accepted by prior arrangement for £50 per stay.

One set of bed linen and towels is provided.
For stays of 5 nights or more, a replacement towel set is provided during your stay.

Our Buttercup Lodge and Brecon Lodge are designed to accommodate guests with accessibility requirements.

All 62 lodges feature their own private hot tub.
Our exclusive Infinity Retreat Lodges offer a private heated outdoor swimming pool, infrared sauna, outdoor kitchen and entertainment area instead of a hot tub.
Guests also have access to the communal indoor jacuzzi within the leisure complex.

We have a designated off-lead dog walking area for our four-legged guests.
We offer a small selection of essentials including milk, butter, eggs, toothbrushes and travel-size toiletries (subject to availability).
Tesco, Morrisons and Asda also deliver directly to the park.
Only Love2Stay-approved BBQs and fire pits may be used on site.

Our Reception Team can provide maps and recommendations for a variety of local walking and cycling routes.
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas.

To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay, we ask everyone to respect our quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Visitors are welcome to meet guests on site but are not permitted to stay overnight or use the park facilities unless authorised by management.

CCTV operates throughout the park to help ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
Guest safety is our highest priority.
Should severe weather affect the park, our team will follow guidance from the relevant authorities, keep guests informed, and provide assistance wherever possible.
A dedicated emergency telephone number is provided upon arrival.
A member of the Love2Stay team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.
We are committed to protecting the beautiful Mid Wales countryside.
Guests are asked to separate recycling and general waste using the designated recycling compound before departure. We also minimise light pollution by using low-level outdoor lighting in line with Welsh environmental guidance.
