Love2Stay Shrewsbury Terms and Conditions
(Applies to Touring Pitches and Glamping Lodges. Specific differences are noted where applicable.)
Check-in and Check-out
Touring Pitches: pitches are ready from 12:30pm and must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure.
Isabella Awnings: check-in from 2:00pm, check-out by 10:00am on departure day.
Glamping Lodges: check-in from 3:00pm, check-out by 10:00am on departure day.
Late check-out is available on request but must be arranged 24 hours before departure and is subject to availability.
Bookings and Payment
Bookings under £120 require full payment at the time of booking.
Bookings over £120 require a £120 deposit, with the balance due one month before arrival.
Bookings made within one month of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
Provisional telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing with a deposit within 7 days, or they will be cancelled.
Please check your booking confirmation carefully. We cannot be held responsible for errors made during telephone bookings.
All prices include VAT at the current rate.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed in writing once a deposit has been received.
If you provide an email address, confirmation will be sent electronically.
We may occasionally use your email address for marketing purposes but never share it with third parties.
Changes to Bookings
Minor amendments are free of charge, but repeated or excessive changes may incur a £5 admin fee.
No booking changes can be made after arrival.
Special requests will always be considered, but specific pitch or lodge allocations cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations, Refunds and Weather
Failure to arrive results in the full balance becoming payable.
No refunds are given for early departures or shortened stays.
Refunds are not offered due to adverse weather conditions.
Group Sizes
A maximum of 6 people applies per unit (pitch or lodge).
Additional pitches or lodges must be booked for larger groups.
Large party or group bookings must be pre-approved with us in advance.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome year-round in both touring and glamping areas, with a maximum of 2 dogs per pitch or lodge.
Dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the park and only exercised in the designated dog walk area.
Dogs must never be left unattended, including inside vehicles, tents, lodges, caravans, motorhomes or awnings.
Dogs must not roam freely or use empty pitches or general parkland, must be cleaned up after (bins are provided), and must not cause a disturbance such as barking.
Vehicles, Parking and Speed
Touring guests should park within their allocated pitch. Glamping guests should use the designated glamping car park.
No parking is permitted on roads or in a way that obstructs access points.
Extra or commercial vehicles must use overspill parking; charges may apply.
A strict 5mph speed limit applies to all vehicles and bicycles within the park, and posted speed limit signs must be followed.
On-Park Rules
A no-noise policy applies after 10:00pm. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00pm to 7:30am, keeping noise from TVs, radios and conversation to a minimum and inaudible outside your unit.
No open fires are permitted anywhere on Love2Stay grounds.
Children must be accompanied after dark on the park, and parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially near facilities and play areas.
Please stick to the paths and do not walk between pitches.
BBQs must be raised off the ground using a suitable stand. Please do not pour grease from BBQs or frying pans down our drains.
No gazebos or tents are allowed on pitches or glamping units. Fixed and driveway awnings are accepted on touring pitches.
No e-scooters are permitted anywhere on park.
Play Areas and Activities
Children must be supervised in play areas at all times. Play areas close at 6:00pm.
E-scooters, scooters, skateboards and rollerblades are not allowed in play areas.
Bicycles are permitted if used sensibly; please avoid cycling near Reception, other guests’ pitches and lodges, or amenities blocks.
Ball games are only permitted in the designated open space near the children’s play area, and should be avoided near pitches or lodges.
Facilities and Amenities
Some amenities may be limited during low-season periods or due to reduced demand.
Liability and Conduct
Love2Stay and its staff accept no responsibility for accident, injury, loss or damage to persons or property.
Guests who breach these terms or cause a disturbance may be asked to leave without refund.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying for your stay, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Love2Stay reserves the right to cancel or terminate bookings if these rules are not followed. Management’s decision is final.
