Welcome to Love2Stay

We’re so glad you’ve chosen to stay with us! Love2Stay is a place where we want every guest to feel relaxed, welcome, and at home. To help us keep this a wonderful space for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to read and respect our terms during their stay.

Our terms apply to all accommodation types at Love2Stay, including our Touring Pitches, Isabella Awning Touring Pitches, and all Glamping accommodation.

Please read our terms carefully before your stay. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following.

 

1. Arrival & Departure Times

Touring Pitches

• Check-in: from 12:30pm
• Check-out: by 11:00am

Isabella Awning Touring Pitches

• Check-in: from 2:00pm
• Check-out: by 10:00am

Glamping Accommodation

• Check-in: from 3:00pm
• Check-out: by 10:00am

Please do not arrive before your scheduled check-in time. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Unauthorised late departures may be subject to an additional charge.

2. Pets

We love pets and they are welcome across all areas of Love2Stay! To keep things enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you:

• Keep all pets on a lead at all times when in shared areas
• Never leave pets unattended in accommodation
• Clean up after your pet promptly – please use the bins provided, we can provide mess bags if needed
• Ensure pets do not disturb or approach other guests or their animals
• Keep pets off furniture, beds, and bedding in all glamping accommodation
• Dogs which fall under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not permitted on site at any time.
Any damage caused by pets will be assessed and charged accordingly (see Section 7).

3. Touring Pitches

The following rules apply to all guests staying on standard Touring Pitches:

• Please keep your pitch tidy and within your designated area
• Vehicles must be parked on the designated area of your pitch and must not obstruct pathways or neighbouring pitches
• Awnings and additional shelter must be contained within your pitch boundary
• Do not alter, move, or damage any site infrastructure including water points, electric hookup posts, or drainage
• Please report any existing damage or issues with your pitch upon arrival so we can note it before your stay.

4. Isabella Awning Touring Pitches

In addition to our general touring pitch rules above, the following applies to Isabella Awning Touring Pitches:

• The Isabella awning provided is the property of Love2Stay – please treat it with care
• Do not attach anything to the awning structure using clips, nails, screws, or adhesives
• Ensure the awning is properly secured to your caravan as instructed – Love2Stay accepts no liability for damage caused by failure to do so
• Report any pre-existing damage to the awning to reception on arrival
• Any damage to the awning or its fixtures will be assessed and charged accordingly.

5. Glamping Accommodation

This section applies to all glamping accommodation at Love2Stay. Definition is at the discretion of Love2Stay.
The following items are provided across our glamping accommodation for your use and enjoyment (availability varies by accommodation type):

• Kitchen and kitchen appliances
• Hot tub (selected accommodation)
• Sofas and furniture
• Bedding and pillows
• Towels and other bathroom linen
• Hair dryers
• Televisions
• Lamps and lighting fixtures
• Recreational and outdoor furniture
Rules for all glamping accommodation:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all glamping accommodation
• Candles and naked flames are not permitted inside any glamping accommodation
• Do not move internal furniture outside, bring external furniture into the unit, or rearrange furniture in any way that may cause damage to the property.
• Bedding and towels must not be used outside or removed from the accommodation
• The hot tub must be used responsibly – please follow the instructions provided. Do not add any substances, products, or foreign items to the hot tub water
• Please switch off all appliances and lights before departing
• All accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition at checkout
• Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning requirements caused during their stay
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• Please report any pre-existing damage or issues at the time of check-in.

6. BBQs & Fires

We love a good BBQ! Please follow these rules to keep everyone safe and our site looking beautiful:

BBQs

• Personal or disposable BBQs brought from home must be raised off the ground at all times – no ground-level BBQs permitted, Any damage caused by BBQs will be assessed and charged accordingly (see Section 7).
• If you do not have a raised BBQ, BBQ huts are available to rent from reception – please ask us
• BBQs must never be used inside any accommodation, awning, tent, or enclosed structure
• Ensure all coals are fully extinguished before disposal – please use the facilities provided.

Fire Pits

• Fire pits are available on site for your enjoyment
• Please note: fire pits are not suitable for cooking in the same way as a traditional BBQ – they are for ambience and warmth only
• Never leave a fire pit unattended
• Keep children and pets at a safe distance from all fire pits
• Do not add any waste, rubbish, or prohibited materials to fire pits
• Any damage to the surrounding area caused by improper fire use will be charged accordingly.

7. Damage & Charges Policy

We understand that accidents happen, and we always aim to be fair and reasonable. However, to protect Love2Stay and keep our site in great condition for all guests, the following policy applies:

Reporting Damage

• Any damage caused during your stay must be reported to the Love2Stay team as soon as possible
• Unreported damage discovered after checkout may result in charges being applied
• We ask that you note any pre-existing damage to your pitch or accommodation on arrival and inform reception.

Assessment & Charges

• Following your stay, if damage is identified, Love2Stay will assess the cost of repair or replacement
• A detailed quote will be provided to the guest with supporting evidence of the damage (including photographs where applicable)
• Charges will reflect the actual cost of repair, replacement, or professional cleaning required
• Guests will be contacted directly and given the opportunity to discuss any charges raised
• Love2Stay reserves the right to recover costs for any damage caused to pitches, accommodation, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, or site infrastructure.

Examples of Chargeable Damage

• Damage to awnings, tent structures, or glamping accommodation
• Breakages to furniture, appliances, kitchenware, lamps, or TVs
• Damage to hot tub through misuse or introduction of foreign substances
• Staining or damage to bedding, towels, or dressing gowns
• Pitch damage including damage to grass, drainage points, electrical hookup posts, or hardstanding areas
• Damage caused by improper BBQ or fire use
• Excessive cleaning requirements beyond normal use.

8. Noise & Behaviour

• Please be considerate of fellow guests at all times
• Quiet hours are between 10:30pm and 7:30am – please keep noise to a minimum during these times
• Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party, including children and pets
• Loud music, excessive noise, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated
• Love2Stay reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund if behaviour is deemed unacceptable
• Smoking, vaping or use of any type of e-cigarette is prohibited outside of designated areas. Ask a member of our team where the designated areas are
• The use of e-scooters and e-bikes is not permitted on site in accordance with the park’s health and safety regulations
• The charging of electric or hybrid vehicles is not permitted on pitches or adjacent to units. We kindly ask that you make use of the designated charging points provided on site. Mobility scooters are welcome to be charged on pitch; however, we do ask that batteries are not left unattended whilst charging
• We kindly ask that you respect and observe the speed limit at all times within the site.

9. Amenities Included in Your Stay

Bio-Top Cold Water Swimming Pool

• Swimming is undertaken entirely at your own risk
• No lifeguard is on duty at any time
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• Please respect the natural environment of the Bio-Top pool
• Please read the rules before entering the pool. They will be enforced and you may be asked to leave the pool if not being adhered to.

Beach & Splash Pool

• Swimming and use of the splash pool is undertaken entirely at your own risk
• No lifeguard is on duty at any time
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• Please be mindful of other guests and keep the area clean and tidy

Adventure Playground

• Use of the adventure playground is undertaken entirely at your own risk
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• Please ensure all equipment is used appropriately and safely
• Love2Stay accepts no responsibility for any accidents or injuries sustained whilst using the equipment

10. Waste & Recycling

• Please use the bins and recycling facilities provided around the site
• Do not leave litter on pitches, around accommodation, or in communal areas
• Waste must not be disposed of in fire pits
• We kindly ask that nappies, sanitary products, and similar items are not flushed away, as this can cause significant damage to the drainage system. Please dispose of these items in the bins provided.

11. General

• Love2Stay accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay
• CCTV, the site has CCTV, this is for the purpose of security and crime prevention
• Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party, including children and pets
• Love2Stay reserves the right to amend these terms at any time
• By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms of Use.
