Change your booking without change fee
To makes changes to your booking date it’s easier and faster to do it online.
You may change your booking without a fee if:
- Your booking was made directly with Love2Stay
How to change your booking:
- Cancel your previous booking & swap for a credit voucher using our flexible self-service option. Just click “My Bookings” on our website using your reservation reference number (no need to call us).
- Check your email box (on the email registered with your original booking) to collect your instant credit voucher.
- To change your booking dates simply proceed to re-book your holiday using your preferred dates by checking availability. Click the Book button on our website to start.
- Once you find suitable dates, type in your credit voucher code on the second step of your booking. The value of your credit voucher will be automatically applied to your new booking.
For bookings made through third-parties or travel agents:
If you booked through a third-party or travel agent, you must contact them directly.
