Validity Period

Love2Stay Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Love2Stay reserves the right to adjust the validity period at any time.

Extensions

Extensions may be granted under special circumstances at the discretion of Love2Stay. Requests must be made at least 30 days before the voucher expiry date. Only one extension is available per voucher.

Minimum Value

The minimum voucher purchase amount is £10.

Redemption

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online, over the phone, or in person at Love2Stay Shrewsbury. They may be used towards accommodation stays or activities, subject to availability and standard booking terms.

Eligible Use

Vouchers can be used towards any Love2Stay activity or stay, with no restrictions or blackout dates.

Partial Redemption & Balances

If the total cost exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid at the time of booking.
If the total cost is less than the value of the voucher, any remaining balance will be retained for future use within the original validity period.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Love2Stay cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Proof of purchase and the original voucher code are required for any enquiries.

Corporate Purchases

Gift Vouchers may be purchased by businesses for use as customer gifts, staff rewards, or incentives, provided they are not resold or used for unauthorised promotional purposes.

Cancellations

Standard Love2Stay cancellation policies apply to bookings made using vouchers. If a booking is cancelled, any refunded amount will be reissued as a voucher with the original expiry date.

Right to Amend

Love2Stay reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect vouchers already purchased.
