Eligibility:
The Glamping Holiday Giveaway Competition (“Competition”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Love2Stay and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
By entering this competition, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Please note that We do not accept any responsibility for any entries which are not successfully completed (e.g. lost or delayed) due to technical faults (including, but not limited to, hardware, software, and network faults) or for entries which we do not receive.

Entry Method:
To enter the competition, participants must complete the online entry form provided byLove2Stay via the QR code provided.
Only one entry will be accepted per person.
Closing date for entry will be 6pm Sunday 24th March 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

Prize:
The prize is a 3 night glamping holiday at Love2Stay Shrewsbury provided by Love2Stay in either a Safari Lodge, Laurel Lodge, or a Black Barn.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The prize is not transferable.
The holiday cannot be booked during peak seasons due to high demand. Peak seasons will be determined by Love2Stay.
The booking must be made directly through Love2Stay and not through a booking agent.

Winner Selection:
A winner will be selected by random draw, which shall be performed by a computer process within three days of the closing date.
The winner will be notified by email and or telephone within 3 days of the closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Data Protection and Privacy:
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current Love2Stay data protection and privacy policy.
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.

Limitation of Liability:
Love2Stay shall not be responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

Changes to the Competition:
Love2Stay reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Love2Stay’s control.

Governing Law:
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by United Kingdom’s law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
