Join Cat who teaches a vinyasa flow style of yoga which guides you through asana (postures) with a strong connection to your breath. She encourages you to have a deep awareness of the body, strengthening the mind-body connection and developing a deep sense of self compassion. There are eight limbs of yoga. Two of them being ASANA and PRANAYAMA which are great places for you to start. Practising yoga is a continuous journey of self discovery which will empower you in all areas of your life. I am so grateful that I can help and support you as you embark on this amazing journey.

Fridays @ 10:30am - Yoga Flow
A flowing yoga class which works on stability, mobility and strength. Time is spent on alignment and connection to breath to deepen awareness and improve your mind body connection. A class to leave you feeling rejuvenated and replenished. This is a mixed ability class where modifications and alternatives are offered so that you can access the class at your own level. This is currently a zoom class with plans to make it an in person class in Shrewsbury too.
