You may cancel your booking and apply for a Credit Voucher if:

  • Your booking was made directly with Love2Stay

  • We understand that you may not know when you can take your next break, so that's why we're offering you a credit voucher for the full value of what you've paid. Your credit voucher will be valid for 12 months from issue. If you're not ready or can't book now, selecting a credit voucher means you can have another trip to look forward to at Love2Stay when you can.

How to get a Credit Voucher:

  • You can cancel a booking & swap for a credit voucher using our flexible self-service option. Just click ‘My Booking’ on our website using your reservation reference number (no need to call us).

For bookings made through third-parties or travel agents:

  • If you booked through a third-party or travel agent, you must contact them directly.
